Strand 4 - Systematic Review Team (ISIKLE)

Varant works as a Research Assistant with the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) where he supports work on the production of systematic reviews and evidence gap maps on development interventions.

He currently assists the EPPI team on the systematic review strand of ISIKLE. Before joining 3ie, Varant worked in the financial industry as an analyst in public and private equity investments.

His career shift into research was inspired by a community-based initiative that he co-founded in his home country, Lebanon, to address social and environmental issues in the community.
