A new paper by Arno Hantzsche and Garry Young on ‘Financing higher education in England’ is published jointly by LLAKES and the National Institute of Economic and Social Research. The paper discusses the fiscal implications of various funding reform proposals, including those for an ‘All-Age Graduate Tax’ by Andy Green and Geoff Mason (LLAKES Research Paper 61) and for ‘A National Learning Entitlement’ by Tom Schuller, Alan Tuckett and Tom Wilson’ (LLAKES Research Paper 63).
