Research Interests

I am an Economist specialised in Econometrics, Labour Economics and Applied Microeconomics. Additional courses in Sociology and Demography complemented my studies. My PhD dealt with the labour market consequences of population ageing. My findings shed light on the diverse but interrelated issues of labour market institutions, job quality and retirement, as well as the development of talent and creative productivity. Before joining the Institute, I worked as research officer and lecturer in Germany.
